Each of our range of products and services are designed specifically to impart information
in a concise and relevant form, be it our Design Sheets which provide detailed information on
particular building features, or our Training Resource Pack which contains advice on language
and communication. Each product has a specific objective and target audience. We would be happy to

We achieve this by working with our clients to understand their business
goals and recommend changes to make their operation more inclusive. We typically operate at a
strategic level determining, together with yourselves, how accessible your business currently
is and what further reasonable adjustments you may need to consider.
We also examine how you can reap the maximum benefit from any changes made.
Our advice is based on our extensive experience of the practical needs of a broad range of disabled
