Accessible Solutions Manual
This resource provides a wealth of information in a concise document, designed so that you can dip into sections as required. It covers the Law and Employment as well as a range of practical solutions for hospitality businesses. Design Sheets are available on most elements of the built environment, illustrating clearly and concisely items that are relevant to disabled people, and details possible reasonable adjustments. These are drawn from BS8300, the latest Approved Document M and best practice.

Self Audit Toolkit
Enables you, in conjunction with our Accessible Solutions Manual, to make a realistic assessment of the accessibility of your premises. This is designed specifically for the smaller owner operators who may be unable to take advantage of our full Business Access Audit service.

'welcoming disabled guests' CD-ROM
A disability awareness training programme which is aimed at all staff in the industry. This is an excellent tool enabling training to be undertaken at a time that suits each individual. A random test and certificate ensure that quality is maintained and the process is fully auditable.

Training Resource Pack
