Our objective is to help you 'Open your Eyes' to the needs of your customers. The Toolkit enables you to consider strategic versus detailed items and illustrates expected outcomes, having considered business benefits. There are 16 checklists that can be used as necessary covering everything from Promotional Material to Emergency Exits. There are also general topics such as Signs, Lighting and Employment.

In combination with the Accessible Solutions Manual the Toolkit provides an insight into what further adjustments may be needed and enables you to formulate an action plan.
