Each of our range of services is designed to be tailored to provide disability related information and advice in a way that fits with your business philosophy. Each service has specific objectives for a target audience. Consultancy
With a focus on assisting in the generation of policy and implementation of plans. We often work with owner operations and attend board meetings where disability issues are under discussion to provide a business focussed insight into what is required by the legislation, how to integrate changes in business practices, and assess the business benefits that can be expected.

Business Access Audits
These can be used strategically to determine current levels of accessibility and these can be undertaken in conjunction with in-house operations or maintenance managers to enable skills transfer.

Design Service
Assessing architects or designers drawings and liaising with them to provide guidance regarding best practice on accessibility. A simple plans review service is available for smaller businesses.

Training Services
We typically provide thought provoking sessions including those aimed at senior managers, trainers or customer facing staff. Sessions are tailored to the functional requirements of the audience, i.e. strategy or skills transfer.

Presentations
Made to boards of directors and other groups of managers, either at business meetings or seminars, to providing updates on the latest thinking and business strategy regarding inclusive practices and compliance with the DDA.

Articles
We currently contribute articles to a number of in house magazines and trade journals including Caterer & Hotelkeeper and Pub Life.
