This enables us to assess the legislative, social and business drivers for improving access to your whole business and making commercially focussed recommendations that provide for an inclusive approach where the benefits of any changes are maximised.

Not only do we recommend what should be done, we often also say what you do not have to do, cutting through the myths and presenting facts. Unfortunately myths are perpetuated due to a lack of general understanding, and some statistics are used selectively to make a particular point, leading to a distorted picture. We do not favour any one disability type, as our goal is to assist businesses in being as inclusive as practical. We help you in performing a risk analysis and generating an implementation plan for changes enabling you to illustrate due diligence.

We regularly consult with small owner operators and the Boards of large Chains, helping both identify their current level of accessibility and any adjustments that are required. We look not just at buildings, but at the whole business from marketing to evacuation plans, considering Policies, Procedures, Practices and People, together with Physical attributes of premises. Finally we consider employment and staff training. All contribute to how easy it is for customers to use your service.
