Chris Grace |
Chris had a background in Engineering before working in finance for a number of years where he developed
experience in project planning and risk management. He has recently spent a number of years researching
disability law and issues specifically in relation to the Hospitality Industry whilst directing the
IndividuALL programme for The Disability Partnership. A strategic development program at Cranfield
University School of Management has further enhanced his ability to successfully combine legal
imperatives and corporate social responsibility with focussed business strategies. Chris is currently
our lead consultant.

Jane Naylor |
Jane is one of our primary trainers and access auditors bringing a
vast amount of practical industry experience to bear. Having studied
business at Middlesex University, Jane owned and operated a hotel in
Henley in Arden for 14 years. In 2002 she joined the Disability
Partnership to bring her business experience to the IndividuALL
programme where, amongst other initiatives she organized seminars on
'the business case for accessiility' with the Disability Rights
Commission. When the charitable aspects of IndividuALL transferred
to Tourism for All, Jane joined In Your Stride Ltd where she has
been instrumental in developing our Train the Trainer programme.

Craig Wilson |
Craig graduated from College as a designer and has a particular flair for combining innovative design
with practical features. He has a keen eye for what will work and has wide experience of disability
issues. Following many years experience in the field of IT he specialises in accessibility of
information and also mobility generally. Craig is our design specialist.

Helen provides our Administrative Support, in addition to providing guidance related to the Leisure and
Travel Industry. Her years in this filed gained her valuable insight to analysing peoples requirements
