This is the most comprehensive guide to disability and the built environment. The Standard can be purchased from the British Standards Institute or from The Stationery Office.

Disability Rights Commission Publications for Employers and Service Providers.
The DRC produce a number of useful leaflets on various aspects of disability relevant to hospitality businesses. These can be found on their website at www.drc-gb.org.

The In Your Stride 'Accessible Solutions Manual' summarises the issues relevant to hospitality businesses from many of the above publications and others, drawing on our extensive experience. It is a good starting point, but the above and other publications provide more detail if required.
